SHIPPING

Due to the holidays, all orders after December 19, 2018 will be shipped on December 28, 2019. Thank you!

FREE SHIPPING on all orders!

All orders will ship via USPS First Class mail unless otherwise specified. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. You should receive your purchase in 4-6 business days.

If you need your order sooner, we offer the option to upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority Mail (1-2 business days). Prices vary. 

National holidays will affect delivery dates. If you are ordering 2-3 days prior to a major holiday, please plan for an additional 2-3 days delivery time.

International Orders

Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship our products to international addresses. We only ship to addresses in the United States. We are growing and we hope to open up our business to the international market within the next year. Thank you for your interest! RETURNS

HASSLE-FREE RETURNS! Try out the Fabulous Feeding Cloth and if you are not 100% satisfied, please return it and get a full refund.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds

To receive your refund for an item that you wish to return that you purchased from madisonavenuemommy.com within the last 30 days, simply ship the item to:

The shipping cost of a returned item is at your expense. We recommend that you use a method that allows you to track the package, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Along with your returned item, please include the following information: name, address, phone number, the reason for your return, and your original order number. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. 

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@madisonavenuemommy.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@madisonavenuemommy.com and send your item to:

We DO NOT replace or exchange with a different print than what was originally ordered. We only replace items due to a manufacturing defect.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
